AVN Adult Entertainment Expo

This is the second year the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo is held from Wednesday-Saturday. There is less overlap with the Consumer Electronics show, which means hotel rooms are significantly less expensive and easier to find. Previously, hotel rooms in Las Vegas in early January were almost as difficult to find as the hotel rooms in San Diego during Comic-Con.
Lines, Lines and More Lines
I preferred having separate lines for each girl at the Wicked Pictures booth. What occurs way too often is one of the girls is absent by the time you reach the front of the line.
Most Interesting Accessory
Maria Gara brought a real snake to the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo.
Best Title
The Jenny Hendrix Anal Experience. The DVD cover also touts her first DP scene.
There's a First Time for Everything
For some pornstars, boy/girl scenes are considered newsworthy. Sunny Leone's next title to be released is Sunny Loves Matt, which features her first boy/girl scene. Fans will publicly flame but privately enjoy it.

Alt Porn
At the other end of the Vivid booth was Vivid Alt. Kimberly Kane reminded me that not all the girls in alt porn had black hair and tattoos. In fact, there are some regular pornstars with even more ink.

The Name Game
It's been said that a pornstar has not made it in the industry until her name is misspelled on the cover or in the credits. Rebeca Linares and Amy Ried are the most recent names to be misspelled regularly.
Digital Playground has obtained trademarks for their contract girls' names. The names belong to Digital Playground, as opposed to the girls themselves.
